He nearly jumped off the stool he was sitting on, and rushing toward Alexia, to try and discern if she was lying. But he knew she wasn't; she had indeed been searching for the First Vampire for a long time. Just the thought of it sent chills down Besh's spine. I could actually talk to the vampire who made me a vampire all those years ago, when I was an infant, he thought. "You've found him? How? When? Where?" he tried to keep his excitement in, but he didn't think he was doing a very good job. "This is...unexpected, to say the least. I can't believe you found the first one ever. But...do you think that it could go wrong? I'm not saying it could, because I have no idea how, at least, not right now; but I'm just asking. It seems to good to be true. We awaken Him, we can win this war. Wow, I'm so...caught off-guard. So, when do we go?" he asked, already thinking of preparing for the journey to wherever He was.
