Throughout the years, the sets of the most popular game shows, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!, have evolved throughout the years. In 1996, the old-fashioned analog puzzle board was replaced with the state-of-the-art electronic puzzle board. In 2006, Wheel of Fortune made changes to its set again in order to cater to high-definition, such as giving the Wheel wedge panels a shiny look. Meanwhile, when Jeopardy! got a high-definition upgrade, changes to the set were made, and that includes replacing the old game board with a near-seemless game board.
I am suggesting Photoshop-like text effects, as in PowerPoint 2007, to be used on on the Wheel of Fortune puzzle panels and the Jeopardy! clue text and category text, adding linear gradient text fills, bevels, and reflections.
