Kilvas is the home of the raven laguz race, who are widely known for their piracy. It was ruled by King Naesala at the onset of Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance.

Derived from the name "Phoenix", Phoenicis is the home of the hawk laguz race. It is an anti-beorc country. The country is ruled by King Tibarn, with the help of Ulki and Janaff. Phoenicis is known to dabble in piracy, but only against Begnionian ships.

Goldoa is the home of the dragon laguz race. It is strictly isolationist, separating themselves from other kingdoms. Goldoa was ruled by King Deghinsea at the onset of Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance.
