<B>ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS</B> TZ's Final Fantasy and Fire Emblem Alliance provides the services to you, the visitor, based on the Guidelines outlined here. When you are using this board, you are subject to these posted guidelines. <B>PRIVACY AND RELEASE INFORMATION</B> Under normal circumstances, Final Fantasy and Fire Emblem Alliance will never release your provided information to any third party without a court order requiring us to do so. However, in cases of severe and/or repeated violations of these Guidelines, we reserve the right to forward any and all known information about you and your accounts to your Internet Service Provider (ISP), E-mail service provider, your ISP account owner (if someone else is actually paying for it), and any parties discussed in this board. <b>MEMBER CONDUCT</B> You agree that you will not use this board to perform the following: <b>Offensive Posting</b> Posts of a patently offensive nature are not allowed. This includes, but not limited to: Using vulgar, profane, or sexually explicit language - cursing is to be used only moderation. Using race, culture, ethnicity, gender, or sexual preference as an insult. Advocating misandry or misogyny Double standards based on race or gender (e.g. "Violence against women is wrong but violence against men is fine.", "For women only = good. For men only = bad") Racist or sexist elimination wishes ("I hope ___ gets voted off American Idol, because he/she is not White.") ("I hope ___ does not win, because she is female.") Racist or sexist boycott posts ("I will never buy music from ___, because he/she is not White.") ("I will never buy music from ___, because she is female.") Flaming (insulting other users) Posting pro-censorship content Posting content that is an offense to the Final Fantasy or Fire Emblem fanbase Posting content that is an offense to graphics fans or fans of fully three-dimensional or pre-rendered-backdrop video games Posting or requesting links to Web pages that are an offense to the Final Fantasy or Fire Emblem fanbase Posting or requesting links to or material from obscene, hate-speech, racist, misandristic, misogynistic, female haircutting, pro-feminist, or pro-censorship Web sites. Posting links to pornographic Web sites without clear warning. Descriptions or details about sexual organs or sexual acts. Posts clearly insulting board members, individually or as a group, directly or indirectly, are not allowed. This includes, but not limited to: Name-calling (You're an idiot.) (You're a graphics *****.) Direct insults (Screw you.) Offensive orders (Go kill yourself.) (Cut off your tongue and fingers.) Death threats (If I find out who you are, I'll kill you.) (It would be worth the jail time to be able to kill you.) Insinuations (Are you stupid or something.) or insults toward family ("Your mother...")("Your wife...") Trolling (Inciting flames or offending a fanbase of a video game series or the graphics fanbase)

Posting or requesting links to Web pages that are an offense to the Final Fantasy or Fire Emblem fanbase
Posting or requesting links to or material from obscene, hate-speech, racist, misandristic, misogynistic, female haircutting, pro-feminist, or pro-censorship Web sites.
Posting links to pornographic Web sites without clear warning.
Descriptions or details about sexual organs or sexual acts.
