Hello, I watched it and then did my research to find out how much of the story is based on a true story. It seems that 95% of it is made up, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but I don't know what Oliver Stone and the writers were trying to accomplish though. I mean how are we the audience suppose to take the conspiracy theory seriously when almost all of it was made up for the movie? Or are we not suppose to take it as a true story and accept it as a fictionalized entertainment, with nothing more profound to say? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
