Hmmm..... That would be true for the natural East Slavic languages; but for MS and the Southern Languages? The "Rules" state that: "...In the case of other consonants, pronunciation tends to be more variable, depending on the nationality of the speaker: g [g] ~ [ɦ] v [v] ~ [ʋ] š [ʃ] ~ [ʂ] ž [ʒ] ~ [ʐ] č [ʧ] ~ [tʂ] How would a Serb pronounce this name if written with a "Г" versus a "X" ?
