Newbie Posts: 71 Group: Loners Member #1,064 Joined: September 1, 2009	A soft late summer breeze cast over the still waters of the lake, pushing ripples along the surface as both raced towards the lake beach. Sitting with his knees to his chest, Nico kept his eyes towards the setting sun, his eyes glowing against its rays. Somewhere beyond the river was his home, his real home. He wondered lightly what it would be like, to have a home. It wouldn't ever be complete again...but he had hope...perhaps his father would...oh what was he kidding. Heaving out a sigh, the boy stretched out and laid on the mix of gravel, dirt and sand and turned his gaze to the skies above. How long had he been in this city? A week? Probably. In that time he had managed to meet a very strange and troubled individual around his age. He wouldn't call him a friend, just and acquaintance. But that was a start. Nico had been on his own much too long and needed a companion of some sort, even if all they would do was chat for a few minutes. He craved it, the comfort of being a part of something. But how long would he have before he was whisked away again...forced to relocate for reasons unknown to him. He needed to find someone with information...and he was about ready to do anything to get what he wanted...what he needed.
