Moses smiled as he stood atop the rock and said softly to Kyo "Little one, from here you can see our entire lands, its your home, our home. When you get older, either you or one of your siblings will be in charge of this, feeding your pack, your family, and keeping them safe." Moses smiled and said "Or is that stick taking all of your attention?" |

Kyo was out and about with his Dad. Yup, he actually had a parent with him this time! Kyo didn't mind. His parents normally let him do as he pleased anyways. But now, his Dad was showing him the Terra's, standing onto a rock. Well, it really wasn't that hard to determine what was and wasn't their land. The mountain was, duh. And Kyo thought he was a bit young for this speech anyways. Hey, don't get him wrong. He did try to pay attention. But half way through, he found a stick! So here he was, laying down on his tummy with his chocolate brown paws holding the stick and chewing on it slightly. He looked up at his father, the stick still in his mouth as he spoke about his stick. A small thump, thump indicated his tail hitting the ground slightly as he looked up at him. "I heawd you. You said that one of us will take ovew the land when we'we holdew." he said. |

Moses smiled as he bent down and picked up the stick until his son dangled just off the ground. Moses was just a big puppy inside and enjoyed playing with his kids. He reached out a paw and gently tickled the other's now exposed belly "twikle twikle." He said around the stick in his mouth. |

A small, playful growl emitted from the young pup. His tail wagged to and fro as his Dad picked up the stick. He held onto it, pulling slightly as he was lifted into the air. It wasn't exactly comfortable. His baby teeth were still a bit sensitive. A small yip like laughter escaped him as his Dad tickled his tummy. He laughed slightly, releasing the stick and landing on his side. He stood up, shaking his fur slightly before jumping on his Dad, biting playfully at his Dad's neck. |

Moses giggled and let himself be tackled by his pup. He nuzzled Kyo and lick the top of his head before saying "I love you Kyo and I always will." Moses's tail wagged rapidly as he smiled as he cute little boy, even in human form he was cute with his mass of orange hair. |

Kyo laughed slightly as he was licked on the top of his head, his chocolate brown fur sticking up slightly. Amber orbs looked up at his father as he told him that he loved him and always would. His small tail wagged as he beamed at him. He took to his human form (he wasn't exactly able to control when and where he changed forms) and beamed at his Dad with Ruby red eyes. "I love you too Dad!" he said, hugging him, his orange hair blowing slightly in the wind. |

Moses smiled as he shifted, dark green eyes looking at his son, his own flesh and blood. He hugged him close as he said "no matter what, I will always be here for you, I will never abandon you, never give up on you, never hate you. You are of my blood and of that of my mate, You are Kyo, son of the alpha, a wolf and a boy, never ever let anyone tell you that you don't deserve to hold your head up high." |

Kyo blinked, looking up at his Dad as she spoke to him, telling him who he was; that he deserved to hold his head up high. He blinked slightly in confusion, unsure of what his father meant. But a small blush appeared over his features as he buried his head into his fathers chest, laughing lightly. "Okay..." he said. "Thanks Dad." He peered at his Dad up through his orange bangs, his red eyes sticking out greatly. |

Moses smiled as he hugged Kyo and moved his bangs out of his eyes and said "My pleasure my son." Moses kissed Kyo's forehead and said "Want to come with me when I go hunting for lunch?" |

He laughed slightly as his Dad kissed his forehead. He smiled up at him. His face lit up as Moses asked if he wanted to accompany him while he was hunting. "Suwe! I pwomise not to get in the way too!" he said. |

Moses smiled as he said "AND it will be just you and me having lunch to ourselves." Moses enjoyed hanging out with his kids and loved teaching them, he had made sure they all could read, so no matter what, they could survive in the human realm. Moses shifted and said "REady to go?" |

Moses smiled as he gently slid Kyo off and slowly headed down the pass, heading toward the lake as he said "When hunting, always make sure the wind is blowing at your face and not from your back, otherwise what you are hunting will smell you and run off before you can catrch it." |

Moses smiled as he said "See that piece of grass sticking out of the snow? The direction it blows means where your scent is blown, if its pointing toward your prey, they can smell you. BUT! the wind shifts and stops at times, so you gotta to be very patient." |

He tilted his head slightly. "But if the wind changes on you, then youw scent will be given away to the pwey, wight? So, wouldn't that make hunting in packs hawdew?" he asked him. He really didn't see how that could work. |

Moses smiled and said "Yes but if you get everyone set up, if the wind changes bfore the person flushing is ready, there is gonna to be a wolf no matter where the prey runs to, and with a pack, you can corner big game like elk and with one kill, have enough food for the whole pack." |

Kyo nodded his head as he made his way towards the lake. He wanted to just pound forward, but knew his Dad might get mad at him if he did so. So inside he jumped slightly in place, only hopping enough to equal a few steps. |

He beamed as he was given his first order. He nodded his head as he went over to where his father told him to go. He wanted to just go out and bound towards them now... but he couldn't. He had to wait for Dad to give the signal! He impatiently waited for his father to wag his tail, fidgeting where he was. |

All Kyo saw was his father's tail start to raise and he was already a chocolate brown blur, speeding off towards the geese, yipping his little head off. He had caught them off guard and actually bit one of the geeses tail. As the others took off, the one he had nipped squaked at him, snapping its beak at him. He growled slightly, angry that the dumb bird would try to attack him. He jumped up at it, snapping at it. |

Moses burst out of the snow bank, landing on one bird, his impact killing it instantly, and broke another's neck with his teeth. Moses tried not to laugh as the goose snapped at Kyo. Moses knew the bird could, at worst, leave a nasty bruise with his beak, so Moses called out "Need a hand or you got it?" |

Kyo growled at the goose, snapping at it. The goose snapped back at him again, nipping him in the ear. He yelped, shaking his head before throwing all catious to the wind and just jumping on the bird, falling into the water. If you thought the young pup moved fast when he first went after the birds, then he went faster than the speed of sound as soon as he hit that water. He climbed out and bee lined for his Dad, his tail between his legs and shivering. He came to a halt under his Dad, crouching low to the ground. |

Moses grabbed the scruff of his son's neck and ran home, knowing cold fur is bad in cold weather. After setting the geese aside, he walked over to the hot springs and gingerly set his son in the hot water. |

Kyo shivered slightly as his Dad made their way to the Den. When he was set into the hot springs, it felt like a thousand needles stabbing him. He gave a small whimper before looking at the water. He gave a happy yip, shifting to his human form. He laughed slightly as his wet clothing floated around him, what was out of the water clinging to his body. "Come in Dad!" he said. |

Kyo nodded his head. He got his shirt off with ease. But he struggled slgihtly with his pants. He slipped under the water and stayed under for a few minutes, bubbles floating up as he got his pants off. He came up, gasping for air, his face red from the heat. He threw his clothing up on the rocks before turning to his Dad. "Even my undewweaw?" he asked. |
