There was a loud ring as the doors to a large building flew open, releasing children into the streets. Running quickly each found there parents. One of the kids in the crowd however wasn't a student and surely didn't have a parent. Momiji. With a huge grin on his face he stared down the school. Oh yea! Looking around for a moment he tried to find his sister. Momiji had been born into a family that wasn't exactly normal. His father was a wolf while his mother was human. The father having always lived in the city never really knew of his wolf blood, so when Momiji was born and turned into a wolf, it was a surprise. His younger sister was human though. Perfect. While he'd been rejected by his mother for being a freak, his sister was happy. It was ok for him to see his sister and mother. Neither of them new him as anything but a friend. When his mother went ill from finding out of her child's special ability, they had her memories of him taken...somehow. Miji was ok with it, simply because his family was happy then, right? After saying goodbye to his mother and sister he turned and left quickly heading down the street. "...I wonder what I should do today..." He was taping his finger again his lip, staring down at the ground. It didn't take long for the young man to get into something troublesome and before he knew it, his shoe was catching onto a crack in the ground and lunging him forward. Letting out a small cry he put his arms out in front of him pushing over someone else. His knee slammed into the ground, but his hands caught the rest of it. Turning quickly to see who he'd bumped into he spoke. "Ah, uh...I-Im so sorry!" |

Alex let out an oof as he was knocked to the ground. He bruised his leg but didn't cry like any other 6 year old, for he was used to worse and more brutal pain. He looked up, sad brown eyes as he said "Its alright." Alex kept his eyes low, body slouched, giving off signs of total submission. You see, Alex had a very hard life, before being found by D, he had been selling his young body just to eat and even after all the food he had been given by his pack, he was still rail thin, ribs sticking out. |

Miji vision finally got better and he saw the young boy. Golden orbs fixed on him for a moment before he felt something running down his leg. Looking too it he saw blood and paniced a bit in side. Hiding it from the boy though. At the current moment he looked like a girl...with short hair. Which was normal for young girls really. He had tan shorts than were tight but still loose. And a sailor top, like the girls would wear in school. He was male? Yes. Simply liked his girl's cloths though. To him he looked horrible in guys cloths, so he preferred girls cloths. Didn't help that he wore earrings and his voice hadn't dropped at all so he sounded like a girl. Oh well, he liked it! "I uh...I didn't hurt you did I?" Oh no, he'd screwed up again. How could he. Right, note to self...pay closer attention. Get it together! He bit his lip a bit trying to ignore the stinging feeling from his knee. Oh dear, he felt horrible right now. |

Alex shook his head at the words and frowned as he smelled blood and looked, the other was bleeding. He said "I am sorry for making you bleed, please don't hurt me." Alex's eyes looked away, he had been beaten up for making the bad men squirt the bad stuff in his mouth to soon or in his rear. He had been beaten for no reason by cruel males, he had been beaten for sadistic pleasure, so being beaten up by an older person was nothing new. Momiji saw him flinch and blinked. Was he ok? Grabbing Alex's hands lightly he moved them down and smiled. His eyes were calm. If it was anyone fault it was his own. Hey! Maybe they would be friends!...even if Momiji almost killed him or something. Smiling still he spoke in his normal happy tone. "Why would I do that...its just a scratch. Done worse, trust me! We need to get you cleaned up though. Will you at least let me help you..." It was the least he could do for slamming into the pour boy and causing him pain. Oh! Where were his manners. Quickly he started to speak again. "Im Miji..well, Momiji. But you can call me what ever you like." The smile never left his lips, it made him seem like he was always happy, which he normally was. |

Alex flinched when his hand was grabbed but it didn't hurt. He nodded as he listened and said "Alright Miji." He offered in a soft voice "I am Alex." Alex didn't fight or protest, he learned from an early age that fighting back against someone bigger and stronger only made the hurting worse. And if he fought back, they just made sure his rear bled when they were using it. So in short, if the other asked if he could cut his arm off, he wouldn't have uttered a peep of protest. |

Momiji smiled happily. Yay! He'd get to make up for his stupid mistake. Taking the others wrist gently once more he led him down the street where they took a small street car and soon were in a small crammed neighborhood. Walking up with him to a small white house, which was glued to another one he dug into his pockets to get the key. Opening the door he walked in leaving it open for Alex to come in side as well. "I'll go get the First Aid Kit. Feel free to sit down anywhere..." Running to the back of the small house he dug through a shelf. His dad was most likely at work by now. Coming back to him he saw the box down on the table and started to search through it. [sorry, thought I'd speed it up ^^;;] |

(its alright) Alex followed silently, wondering where he was being led. He was worried if he had to take his clothes off. Under his clothes were still healing bruises and cuts, the last remnants of his neglect. Alex nodded at the other's words but didn't sit, he didn't want to get in trouble. He was shaking slightly, unsure if he was here to do more of the nasty things, even though D said he would never have to again, and he trusted the male, life had taught him even the nicest people lie and hurt you. |

Momiji walked over to him with some rubbing alcohol and a band-aid, well a few. Kneeling down a bit he looked up to the other and smiled still. "This might sting a bit, all its doing though it cleaning the wound and making sure it heals right, alright? Nothing bad, I promise." Dabbing it on lightly, he made sure that it didn't sting him too much. He;d already done that by running into the pour boy. Putting the band-aid on he smiled and stood to his feet. He'd already taken care of him self. "There! All better. Now Promise to keep it clean so that it heals alright?" He winked playfully, and then looked around. Hm. This boy didn't seem like he really ate all that much. "Are you hungry Alex...I can get you food, or something. We have lots." Alex nodded and showed nothing when his knee stung and simply nodded to the order. When asked about food, Alex shook his head as his belly grumbled, he didn't want to owe this male anymore then he needed to. He spoke in a soft voice, barely above a whisper "What would you like as payment for this?" Alex knew nothing came free, even sleeping. More often then not, he had to blow some big thug just to ensure he wasn't attacked in his sleep, or do other nasty stuff to adults to get money for food. From the smell of the other, he knew Miji was a wolf and knew that they were worse then humans, some even stuck their thingies up his bum when they were in their wolf bodies and it hurt worse and he was stuck with them for what seemed like days. |

As much as he needed money to get ice cream for his sugar addiction, he wasn't going to make this pour boy pay him back or what ever. Well on second though. Taking off his shirt his chest was clearly, flat...too flat. Girl his age would have at least started to have a bump or something. He took the earrings off and ruffled his hair a bit so that it looked messier and less neat. In a way it helped to make him look more guy-ish when it was messy. |

As dark clouds moved in and rain slowly started to fall Momiji stood to his feet. He wasn't going to loose Alex...he'd lost everything else. He wasn't going to now. Hearing thunder he blinked. From Alex's profile he high doubted that Alex had a real home. Rushing out side as rain started to fall he ran as fast as he could. His human nose doing its best to sniff out the other. Just there luck however. The men of the neighborhood had found Alex. Grinning they both moved in on him. "Well well...lookie here, a lost puppy.."The man speaking eyes shifted showing he was a wolf as well. "Wonder if puppy here wants to play a little game..." He gripted Alex fur, not that it was hard to catch him and started to toy with him a bit. The grin suddenly left as a rock hit the man's head. With a baseball bat in his hands he growled lowly, still in his human form. "Leave him alone!" Clearly it was Momiji. The other man not holding Alex moved, lunging out at Momiji only to get hit in the gut with the bat and then kicked in the nuts not once, not twice not even three times, no he was kick six times before he was stopped by the other man who'd dropped Alex to the ground. Tackling Momiji onto the ground he grinned. "Oooh, I do like them feisty." He grabbed Momijis crotch squeezing it rather tightly. Momiji wiggled under him. His teeth changed to wolf fangs as he bit into the others arm causing him to get off Momiji. Quickly picking up the bat he started to beat the man. "Go away!!" Wincing in pain the man and his friend did there best to get away with out dieing. Momiji limped over to Alex and did his best to smile. Standing over him he tried to keep Alex out of the cold rain. |
