..... drove the second Gene Snow "Snowman" Charger ........... and quite successfully also ............ I saw him strap it on the boss on numerous occasions ................ the model, is a box stock Revell kit with Testors paint and Slixx decals

Hi coyote! nice looking build,you guys here are getting me more and more wanting to build 60's-70's drag cars.I may start with Rat pack f/c kit i have and will be good reason to buy the two double drag kits on market.built and liked AMT's. Did it give you any problems? :))) ;bb;

If you are thinking about building the AMT Rat Packer, be aware that there are some issues with that kit ....... the largest is that the wheelbase of the chassis does not match the fenderwells of the body ........ with the chassis in place both the front and rear wheels are too far back to match the body ........ I recently built one of these for a group build on another forum ............ I was able to correct the fronts, but was unable to correct the rears (see below) ............. other than that the kit is pretty straight forward ................ the AMT Double Dragster kits are a piece of cake ............. you'll love them

The Revell funny car kits are a little more involved ......... need to adjust the stance, both front and rear, or use larger slicks on the rear as I did ............. many more parts ............... but good kits on the whole :)))
