On a Saturday, about 10 years ago I helped a buddy bring home a new project he had discovered and purchased. He was super excited, happy and full of all kinds of ideas of how he was going to make this his beautiful street rod pickup. We had hardly got it into his drive way before he started tinkering and fooling with his "Diamond in the Rough". Later that afternoon his wife came home from doing some shopping and she walked around his find looking it over. I didn't hear all the conversation they were having but at one point I heard her in a loud voice say "You Paid What"? After that the banter between the two got rather unpleasant and I excused myself and left. I built this Revell 50 ford pickup rust bomb as a joke but he to this day does not think its a bit funny. He didn't keep the project around very long either by the way. Here are a few photos, enjoy.
