..... the Denver based team of Kenz & Leslie fielded this little 1966 Comet funny car and campaigned mostly in Divisions IV & V

Old Dog, that is one neat subject you picked!!! When that type of car first started to appear, I thought they were the coolest thing since sliced bread and great shakes!! I can only recall seeing a photo of that car once and it was in black and white, this is lovely. Good job Dog, really good! wnw

Mercury authorized four of these "flip-top" Comets to be built in 1966. One went to Don Nicholson, one to Ed Schartman, one to Jack Chrisman, and the last to Kenz & Leslie :)))
