Congratulations, Dylan, you had a very good day indeed!

That nice Ms. Cudahy dropped by after her run with Artie, and sat for a while with me over some tea. "I was very pleased to see how well young Arthur handled himself today, Paige, even if he jumped that second heat; he's certainly come a long way in just these few short weeks. - I taught him all he knows, you realize," she added.

" - But you didn't teach him all YOU know, did you now, Agnus?"

"Of course not, Dear. Not by a very long shot."

Congrats on that win Dylan!!!! Good job my man.

LOL! Duff, Ol Aggie is quite the character is she not? By the way, has she let you in on the news? At the end of the tour, her and ol General Backscheider are gonna Tie The Knot!!!!! Yep, and she says she is gonna retire from racing and give the T-Bolt to Horace. Horace says he is going to put in a six cylinder engine and drive it to work. Don't believe it…………I think you will see a up-dated version of it with Leonard Leadbetter driving next year. Naggie (we call her that sometimes) won't tell us where she is going to go for a "Honeymoon". She just says: "Honey, I have been there, done that and have that T-shirt, This is just another lifestyle change". We all wish her the best.

Startin' to get citin! Always a pleasure to race a similar car, couldn't quite get Dannyboy's superstock but hey, that's drag racing. Congrats to our winner, Dylan, and that classic, sleek rail!!! :))) :))) :)))

Happy we're still in it despite the bad week, our best season yet, ol Bruty and me are more roundy rounders, but Titus has picked up a lot of tricks here already!

YESSSSS! Agnus had told me this on Saturday but swore me to secrecy; and - well, I'm a Judge, after all, I have to honor confidentiality. As much as I was itching to say. I wish Ms. Cudahy and her General the best, and I hope they will at least drop in now and again: Burner, my guide dog, will especially miss her and the treats she routinely slipped him. It will definitely be a different crowd without her colorful presence. We really need more women in this sport, don't you agree?.

Your Honor, you will be pleased to know that Ms. Agnes will attend some of next years races but not as a competitor. She told me herself this morning while having coffee at Madge Fimples that she will not give the T-Bolt to Horace unless her Granddaughter, Emily Cudahy, does the driving. So, I think its safe to say that there will be at least one female driver in the next series. Ms. Emily is 33, and she is a knock-out!!!! She has spent lots of time with Agnes and believe me, she is cut from the same mold. You will meet her soon I am sure.

- Ah. I see. Well, figuratively, at least. I mean, this rather explains why Ms. Cudahy was so interested in discussing certain members of the team. Doing some prep work for Ms. Emily, I would surmise. She had a disproportionate volume of questions concerning our pushman, Heckpussy LaFlamme; strange, now I think on it - the kind of interrogation-by-proxy she conducted over him did not exactly include the sort of questions one would direct at a potential threat. No, quite the opposite. How very intriguing.

Well, it will be nice to have another woman on the tour after all.
