old truck and racer.

This is one of the two wheel trailers in the Caprice kits. I got it from Sentsat awhile back.

It is very simple and went together quickly and easily.

I would like to have another one, if anyone has one to sell. Not the Caprice, just the trailer.

Here is the truck and racer. A Ford pickup that I built in 1978, and a '40 Ford sportsman car that I built a while back. Don't really remember when. Anyway, wanted to team them up.

Hope you like them.

That is one beautiful set-up. Especially like the all FORD theme you got going. Just wondering about that trailer though, it doesn't look very sturdy along the back end, I think those ramps might do a bit of flexing going down a rough piece of highway.
I build models because GOD allows me to and because I can't afford the real thing!!

Thank you, Rick. What do you suggest ?

I have seen them open like that, and assumed it is to keep something from dragging as the car is loaded.

I have no problem with adding a bar across there.
