Two AMT 53 pickup kits were used here. Frame was stretched and two halves of the cab used to make the "Crew" Cab. A 292/312 V8 was lifted from The AMT 56 Vicky kit for power. The hauler body is Evergreen Sheet and Diamond Plate Sheet. The Super is pretty much out of the box Lindberg that was picked up at a swap meet built. It was stripped, painted and re-assembled. This is another Project I finished around 25 years ago. It has held up pretty well, I have only had to join the frame once during a move over 10 years ago. The idea came from a hauler I saw at a Super Modified race in the 1960's.

Ordinarily I am insane, but I do have lucid moments where I am merely stupid.
ANY problem race car can be cured with a pound of C 4, Detonator and a 12 volt battery.
Your drivers attitude will improve if you have the correct load in your Mossberg.

B) Very nice combination. Looks really good for a 25 year old build.
I build models because GOD allows me to and because I can't afford the real thing!!

Very nice. I love supers and haulers. Quite a bit of work to do that crew cab hauler.
It doesn't cost any more to be nice.

Doc, I went back and counted and this thing is 27 years old. The frame has broken twice in a couple of moves and it sits a little wonky now but it still survives! I started this one in '87 and finally finished it in late '88.

In John Deere you say? Maybe you can give me some tips on my '62 3010 money pit!
