I used the AMT 34 Ford coupe for this mess. The engine is a six from a AMT Pacer kit but I moved the intake/exhaust to the right side and moved the oil filter and distributor to give the illusion of a 240/300 Ford six. The look is close. The rear deck was cut open and replaced with brass sheet and is hinged. The body was beat up some and weathered. The roll cage is evergreen .080 rod and the side bumpers are smaller evergreen but I can't remember the size. It is wired, plumbed with fuel and water lines. Brakes are plumbed on three wheels--no brake on right front. (Remember that trick?). "Fictitious" driver Bob and crew have finished the lettering job after the money for the sign painter has ran out. This one was fun.

LOL! You are Welcome, harron6! I am glad you like it. I sure hope one of the resin masters pop out some copies of the 6 in the new Moebius ford pickup kit. I think I would buy a dozen! .z.

South, that was just another crude way to help "Turn" back in the day. If you stomp on three wheel brakes trying to enter a turn, you WILL turn or end up facing the wrong way. I heard a driver say one time: "I use em to pivot and proceed". Just about the only thing brakes were good for on those old junkers was slowing down for a crash in front of you and stopping in the pits.
