more jalopy build

My camera issues are now resolved, so here's my jalopy so far. I Created the body by shaping pieces of pie tin aluminum over a the 36 chevy modified body and then assembling the pieces together. It's delicate but really easy to dent and scratch.

I see that this car has been horribly battered, badly beaten, and dumped outside at the rain and the snow for years. Some people have no heart, I cry. Looking at the desaster, it is beyond repairs, I am sure (lol).

The car looks almost real. Very good weathering techinques, tin work, bent pieces, rusted work. My hat down to your creative job!!!!
