My Trans Am Camaro , built from Revell Rain X kit , painted Tamiya yellow , Rain X decals were no good so used some ASA decals to finish it.

Cool. I like it. The Senneker markings look good on it and the car looks like a well prepped lower budget mid-pack car with no major sponsorship.

A majority of a Trans Am field fits that description. Many of the teams race their cars more often in the SCCA amateur events in GT-1 class than in Trans Am. And many of those cars are older cars bought from the front of the pack teams. As in any sort of motorsports. These guys are necessary to the event and the series. Nobody wants to go see a race between only 2 or 3 cars. So without these mid-pack and back of the pack racers, the winners would have nobody to win over and there would be no crowd to watch them and thus there would be no event.

If you don't crash once in a while, how do you know you're going as fast as you can?
