Built this for a customer and his business. He doesn't own a late model, but like many of us, can only dream about the what if. Completely scratch built. Designed and made the decals at home. Still my favorite form of racing.

Just wondering about the Material. I have access to .018 & .022 Alum. at work. Scraps are fairly cheap.

Ron I'm sure aluminum would work well also. I use aluminum for the roof quite a bit of the time just because it holds a bend better than styrene.

Thanks guys for the comments. Rick, as far as the chassis goes, it is just a shelf build. Modified a nascar frame/chassis and added the rear bars. Works well for a display piece.
