This is a sprint car driven by a local driver Jim Childers from Tampa.

Jim won the Little 500 three times at Anderson Speedway plus a lot of racing all over Florida.

Jim drove my dad’s latemodel some also and winning the first night out in 1979.

During this time, mid to late 70s I helped…well hand tools to the crew. LOL

I didn’t use the right sprint model kit that his car was, but got it close as “I”
could.

The decals are from Greg. The rims are from Big Donkey.

Got the tires from a forum member but forgot who, sorry about that!

I redid some of the rollcage and made homemade nerf bars.
