Thanks guys. 1/8 scale works for me scratch building. I use an architectural scale and do research to get things to the proper size. These cars are big; around 21" long when completed. I have to ship them in those big storage containers, they sell at Walmart, filled with foam peanuts. Haven't had one break, yet.
