Ya'll have seen the car before. Made the track from thick posterboard. Painted with red/brown primer and coverd with various shades of earth tone floking.

Here's a tip for you, you may want to roughen up the surface a bit for your nest one. Gives the track a more real look to it, with tire grooves. I used Durham's Water putty for this one.

Here it is painted.

While the poured part is setting up, use a scrap tire to run through the mixture, to give it the used look. Also you don't have to smooth out every bump in the putty, but keep them small.

I added some real dirt, along with shading some areas with gray primer paint.
