Since we had a little time here and this one sat about 2/3 done for about a year I decided to polish it off the the Musclecar Madness Thurday Night Thunder Class DJ has developed, as well as Nostalgia Racing and perhaps at 5th Dimension Speedway. Written facts about the car are on his thread, this is just a gallery of the car from different angles. I hope you enjoy. It'll take this message and a couple more replys, here we go:

Yeah, we're kinda dating ourselves aren't we Chuck? r:r Actually I think if you go to the actual store in Chicago it still is called Warshawsky's but for all other intents and purposes it's now JC Whitney.

Rick, Thanks man. This, I suppose because of my generation, and being a mopar man, is probably as close to a dream stock car as I ever would have had. Back when we first got married, my wife and I had a 73 similar to this as our 1:1 transportation though it was an SE with the fancy three opera windows in front of the C Pillar. Was just a 318, but man did it handle. I missed a deer by doing a 360 with it once in about 50 feet, from 60 mph. .z. :)))

Nope Frank, no reskinning of the 64 Belvedere, Nettie might like this Charger best but I like the Bele the best of any model I've ever built personally. And in fact oddly, every square inch of that Belvedere is painted except from Chrome, tires and windows, and except for the engine block which was white and painted (just a wild hare there) there isn't any Petty Blue on the model at all! You can go back to the SNRA thread and you'll see. I'll post up by quartet of #25's one of these nights. Nope this Charger is all Polar Lights except for tires wheels and a few scratchbuilt items, I built it to the point of having the body painted and the Chassis done for a show last spring, but never quite made it, then when a had a little time over the past few weeks, ahem..... I just foiled the window frames, added the exhaust pipes, touched up a few things, put on the bumpers, mounted the body and lettered it! Not an easy one to get together, but neither are the kit cars. Still pretty nice and true to the 1:1 cars just like the Kit cars though. Most of it is pretty Nichels ish.

Oh, I thought you knew that. Yes, the blue and gold 64 is indeed the one trucked in by you that you found in Level Cross and that I busied myslef with as AMB almost begged you to drag the Monte out of there and take it away! r:r r:r r:r Yep, we are indeed talking of the same thing.
