Would it be OK to put them on a car with steelies?
I think I have only seen them on hot rods with custom wheels.

No matter what you aredriving , you have to stop. Buick drums with Linclon backing plates is the only way to go. We were using Buick drums on our latemodel back in the mid-60s.
