HEY BRO..........

Not trying to "get you to give away your TRADE SECRETS"........BUT...........

I've looked at the picture of the seat in this thing SEVERAL TIMES, and I am ALWAYS AMAZED by seeing the "welding bead" running around the seam where the "bottom joins the side"............and I'm STILL trying to figure out, HOW'D YOU DO THAT????????????? .?. .?.

This is "one of those builds" that you have to KEEP COMING BACK TO, and then, EVERYTIME YOU LOOK, you're gonna see "something new" in all the detail work!!!!!!! (THAT, is a "mark" of a REAL QUALITY BUILD!!!!!!) fbr fbr :))) :)))

Thank you DJ, that was a very nice compliment.
After cutting and drilling the seat pieces. I shape the back to fit the bottom, then attach the center back and work my way around to both front edges using a very small amount of C/A Glue. Once it's dry I wipe Tenax7 on the seem with a small applicator. It will leave just enough residue to give the appearance of welds.

.z. .z. .z.

I'm gonna have to take some "old plastic" to practice on, and see if I can "duplicate" those "welding seams" too............
