Here's one from my early years of going to the tracks. Back when I first started going to local tracks they were still running the old coupes such as this model I built of local star Tommy Jordan. It wasn't long though before the old flathead coupes had been replaced by the "latemodel" 55 chevies. This model like most of what I build was done using one of my homemade vacuumformed bodies and handlettered to match the actual car. I also cast the wheels and tires for this one as well.

Brought a tear to eyes ! Just so happens to be one of my all time favorite cars. I did a total frame-off build on a 1:1 that I had 14 years in, that I lost in my divorce. That sure is a beaut' !!!!
