I built this basically straight out of the box with the addition of wheels from an ASA kit, some aluminum tube added to the headers and my decals. This was based loosely on a car that ran in Southeast Missouri in the early fifties. I've heard my dad and his buddies talk about how fast a car WD-45 was all my life so that's where the idea for this car came from. Needless to say the real car didn't look anything like this in the early fifties.
