.... pretty much complete ............. don't know if I'm going to do any more detailing :unsure:

Once upon a time (mid to late 1960's) in a far away land (New Zealand) a pair of gentlemen named McLaren and Hulme were playing around with an all aluminum marine version of Chevrolet's mighty porcupine headed 427 V-8 .............. that is the engine I chose to replicate ................. only with an all American 4-barrel carb on top instaed of Lucas injectors :lol:

Like Carl .............. the body for this rig made a side trip after a totally unacceptable first paint job ............... it is now awaiting an appointment with the air eraser (sand blaster) ............... hopefully the second attempt will turn out better than the first ............... I'm with you Carl :))) :P :)))

They came out of an old Revell/Monogram Nascar stocker kit TU>
I may have to grow old ....... but I refuse to grow up !!!
