Making The Functional Under Carriage

You will need to cut 2 piece of H-column 5 1/2" long, 4 pieces of 3/16 round tubing 5/16" long and 3 strip of .080 2 3/4" long.

Start by gluing the one rod on the very end of the H-column and one 3/16" from the other end.

Next round the end of both H-columns that has the tube on the very end. This will allow for clearance on the bed when it tilts back and down.

Glue the .080 strips to the H-columns just like the bed with the rod facing out and the rounded end down.

Slide the under carriage into the bed rails.

Have fun and go pick up your next build with your new functional roll back that you built!
