Making The Functional Under Carriage You will need to cut 2 piece of H-column 5 1/2" long, 4 pieces of 3/16 round tubing 5/16" long and 3 strip of .080 2 3/4" long. ![]() Start by gluing the one rod on the very end of the H-column and one 3/16" from the other end. ![]() Next round the end of both H-columns that has the tube on the very end. This will allow for clearance on the bed when it tilts back and down. ![]() Glue the .080 strips to the H-columns just like the bed with the rod facing out and the rounded end down. ![]() Slide the under carriage into the bed rails. ![]() Have fun and go pick up your next build with your new functional back that you built!![]()
