Square-enix has officially announced that they are working on a sequel to FF XIII. not having played that, i register no opinion, btu let those of you who have ring in with whatever

Japan's flat-out wrong. That game was awful.

Also, didn't they learn their lesson after the monstrosity that X-2 ended up being, or did the Japanese market like that game too?

I didn't think XIII was that bad... X-2 though was a horror show and I had hoped that they had learned their lesson. :(

XIII could have been completed by a chimpanzee. Hold forward on the analog stick, if something changes on the screen tap 'A' repeatedly (or was it 'X' for that game? Irrelevant, same point), and if someone's health turns red or yellow you change to the healing paradigm. Repeat ad nauseam. Eventually the credits will roll.

Meh. I had fun with it. That's all I ask from a game. :P

That's really all you can ask for, although wanting to come back and replay it every once and awhile would be nice, especially for $60.
