To buy or not to buy, that is the question. The first Mass Effect was one of the best games of the decade, and everything I've read says this one is an improvement in terms of storytelling. It is very shiny, that must be conceded...

No real opinion on this, didn't play the first, not planning on buying the second.

Question - which was more pointless, your post or mine? The question I think is whether or not the fact that you were agreeing with me gives them any worth.

You missed out on one hell of a sci-fi game. Closest thing they will ever come to capturing the feel of Blade Runner in a video game.

I never played the first one either, if I could borrow it from someone or get more money that might change however...

I say, go for it, unless the reviews right after its release say it sucks.

Ah, that. Yea, it looks good though I'm not sure about the Blade Runner bit. X-box only though, so I'll have to console myself with Drakes Fortune.

Thus far, the only review from IGN is a 9.6.

It's an RPG, there is shooting involved, but I would hesitate to call it anything close to a shooter.

so i see. its the guns that threw me off, most rpgs tend not to have many of those.

Well, which it's a Sci-fi RPG, it makes sense that they would have guns. :D

So... I decided to go to Gamestop's midnight opening.

...

Hopefully I'll make it out alive.

Well, as we're talking about an X-box specific game, I thought I'd enquire about a PS3 specific game. Anyone heard much about MAG?
