![]() Name: Ryx Weight: 80 lbs History & Origin: Ryx was born the oldest in his litter which only had 3. He was rather unique with rings lining his back and tail. Wherever his family went he would tread behind, he didn't really care. Back then he didn't know what a Zuet was, when he was one. His parents were shapeshifters. He didn't know much about that either. Ryx was clueless, didn't know much about how the world even worked, didn't know about much other creatures. He felt like his parents only cared about the other kids and did not bother teaching Ryx, and he eventually started to go downhill, as in, uneducational. The ones who taught Ryx, or at least tried to teach Ryx, were his sister and his brother. Ryx didn't know for a fact he was a Zuet Hekog until his parents finally got off their lazy backsides and taught him. His littermates, who required constant 24/7 attention, got jealous and eventually did not like him at all for "stealing" their attention. His brother and sister were so horribly tempered and eventually got Ryx interested in it too. At the time they were angry at Ryx, when he was about 17 years old, they led him to a den saying there was a surprise for him. Each swiped him across the face and called him the jealous one instead. Ryx did something that could have had him thrown out in the woods and forgotten, he knocked them out with some odd strength he never knew he had, and ran away. He was old enough to take care of himself. But that didn't mean that other creatures still found him a little stupid. He ran all the way to Redwood Ravine, and he lived there from then. RP Sample: Ryx sat there motionless, glaring down at his reflection in the water as he sat in the auburn and golden thicket of leaves. In the distance, he noticed his parents teaching his siblings and completely ignoring him and leaving him out. His head was hung low, trying to block out their voices, but it was nearly impossible. Ryx wondered what was really left for him in the world, maybe if he was somewhere better? He didn't appreciate being left out at all. "I'm your son, for Pete's sake..." he hissed. "Don't leave me out to frolic with my brother and sister and not me. I'm not THAT stupid you know." His parents seemingly have not heard him and Ryx did not care. He sprang off of his haunches, feeling the wind slice through his fur, and sprinted off, outstretching his legs at a full angle and leaving them behind, running, running, running for a better place. Where? Only time could tell. Age: 22 Gender: Male Edited by Droven, Feb 25 2012, 11:02 AM.
