If you wish to donate, but do not want to receive any service, simply mention that on an email to the Game Administrator at donate@pyromu.com. Please do not donate anywhere or anyone else but to the server administrator, not even to GMs, that's the only place that you can donate where your money will benefit the server; When donating to PyroMu Online you are requested to agree to NO REFUNDS. Donated for items, for security reasons, should stay on your account, you're free to trade them for other items in game, however, bear in mind that once those items leave your account, they will be treated as non donated items, and therefore will not be refunded if they're lost being on another person's account. Loss of character information or account is not our responsibility but we will ensure that donated items are refunded depending on the situation; The items listed on our webshop are the items we offer as a Thank you for donating to our server. It IS NOT a purchase; it is simply a reward for your donation. All money is used for maintenance of the server, dedicated server monthly fees, new updates, Client/Server side upgrades; Etc. You agree to acknowledge that PyroMu Online has taken the best measures to protect your account on our end, and that being hacked by definition is nearly impossible and extremely unlikely, you therefore agree to take full fault unless we can confirm that it was an issue on our end. "Scams" which take place in the event of a trade or sale will not be reimbursed, and any account which is found to have been sold or traded will be suspended indefinitely, anyone found to be profiting from sales of accounts will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
