| Welcome to Pokemon Adventures! You are currently viewing the forum as a guest. If you're thinking of joining, I feel the need to note that this is a discussion forum, and not some kind of online Pokemon game (as awesome as that would be). We get tons of members getting this confused, and we certainly wouldn't want to waste your time if this place isn't what you were looking for. You might also find that the activity level is rather low around here. This is mostly due to lack of new members that stick around. I'm sure if we had a few more, all the many members would eventually come out of hiding. Why not sign up and stay for a while. Who knows? You may be surprised. Click here to join! |

Time for Postgame!

I'm sure you're wondering what this is. For now, it's nothing. I'm still working on coming up with a few ideas, but the main idea is that this forum will be a place where you can take on missions in your RPing posts. It's up to you how you do them, as long as you do them right. The basic idea, is that there will be posts here with Missions for you to take on. There are a few requirements here though. First off, your character has to be within the range the Mission requires (it will be listed with other info at the top of each thread). Most might require you to be in or near a certain town/route/building/etc. To take a mission, you must first be in the correct location, and then you must post in the thread saying that you are going to do the mission. There are no time limits, so take your time. Once you have made an RPing post that fulfills the mission's requirements, simply post in the thread again with a link to the RP thread, and the post number(s) that are listed next to the post (look in the top left corner a post to see it's post number... in fact, you could do one better and just click that and give us that url instead, since it will show just that post). Obviously, keep in mind that all missions can only be done once unless otherwise stated. Now, to explain Mission Points. For every mission you finish successfully, you will earn a certain amount of mission points (usually depending on the difficulty of the mission). If you earn enough points, there will also be a thread where you can trade in Mission Points for Awards and Badges (you know, the PA kind, not the gym leader kind). As with missions, each person can only get something once. However, there is an endless supply of Badges (but the amount of points needed goes up each time you trade for one). Look forward to this in the coming days. I'm still working on it, so for now, there is nothing here but this teaser. Also, look forward to some actual plot advancement for the first time in years.

It's not game over until the counter hits zero. Just keep going until the credits start rolling. | |
