Sean couldn't help but stare at Star, he knew she was serious, but for some reason this felt more like a therapy session then a regular conversation. Sean: I am not weak, I've fought my addiction before and I handled it very well..but wait.. Sean paused. Sean: Why do you care so much about my problems? Sean sits there for a minute with a smirk on his face. Sean: I don't remember this being a therapy session, I'm not trying to be mean but Star you have to remember you are my boss and this is strictly a professional relationship and I doubt you've experience what I have, I mean look at you. You live the glamorous life, you have it all. |

Star: I live the...what? She couldn't believe he'd just said that. That was damn near how everyone saw her life and they couldn't be any more wrong. Every time she heard statements like that one it infuriated her more than anyone would ever know. Little did most know, Star was probably more fucked up than most of her roster members. She was just learning to cope with her past and shortcomings. Star: And you don't like it when people judge? I think that's what you just did to me, darling. She sighed and shook her head. She was hardly trying to have a therapy session with him. She actually needed to be getting some therapy of her own. But like him, she refused. Seeing Sean was starting to make her rethink that option. She'd basically just called him weak. Maybe she was too. But whatever. He wanted professional? Well, she'd give that to him. Star was a pit of honesty. Star: And I'm not even trying to be your therapist. I just wanted to know what the hell I was getting myself into by having you on the roster. If I hear something then it's my duty to look into it for the sake of my company. Surely you can understand that. Nobody is trying to judge you, Sean. I'd like it if you didn't do that to me because you honestly have no idea what I've been through and what I haven't. You can't tell everything just by looking at someone. |

Sean laughs Sean: Looking at you Star? When people look at you they think of someone who is rich, famous, who has accomplished a lot. Your basically a superstar, your past might be fucked up, but your future is what you need to focus on. Sean stopped and thought about what he just said, the advice he was giving to someone else should of been the advice he was giving to himself. Sean: I'm only 19 years old and I've gone through a lot of changes, it's hard living the life I do. I know I need help, but I refuse to get it because I don't want to sit back and hear someone talk about all the stupid shit that I do and done. Sean looks at Star who is just sitting there listening to every word he is saying. Sean: Your right, I don't know anything about your life and I apologize. I am just frustrated because I feel like everyone is out to get me, you sit there and say you've heard shit about me then I am assuming that a lot of people have been talking and that's not a good sign, Mercedes always warned me about the industry and in my heart I thought that PDW would be different. |

Star nodded her head. She couldn't lie to him. In fact she'd be the first to tell him that, no matter how hard someone tried to be original, each wrestling federation was the same. Just wrapped in different packaging. Star: There hasn't been a lot of talk about you, honestly. But of course Jake would tell me about the night he ran into you. I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable or anything of the sort and I'm sorry if I did. She suddenly gave a nervous laugh. Star: I didn't mean to get so offended either. It's just that...well...both alcohol and drugs are two things that brought some really dark and disturbing things into my life. I've seen what it can do to people and those around them. The ones that care about them...and it's not good. It can really hurt both you and people you care for even if you don't see it. |

Sean smiles. Sean: And your right, I shouldn't have judged you. I've let a lot of things ruin my life, hell I let alcohol ruin my relationship, one of the best relationships I have ever been in. The smile that was on Sean's face quickly turned into a frown. Sean: Even though Synn did some crazy things, I know I am the reason why he is gone. I drove him away, I was to immature and I didn't act right. All we did was argue, and it was because of me. I was either high or drunk, and I am still putting myself into the same situation. Sean reaches over and grabs the bottle of Hypnotiq and starts to open it, he watches as Star stares him down with an angry expression on her face. Sean: I need to. |

Star didn't argue with him even if she wanted to. It was his house. Instead, she focused on what he'd just told her. She knew a bit about him and Synn from 3WL but never really felt the need to know more about it. The relationships of the people around her didn't really matter unless they affected her or her work. Star: Yeah, substance abuse can tear a relationship to shreds. She suddenly brought her hands up to her lips as her voice dropped a little in volume, obviously remembering something rather painful. Star: And a person...quite literally. |

Sean: What's wrong? I know you may not know me that well, but this is the time you can get to know me. I am open to hear what is on your mind, and I feel that me and you have a lot in common. Sean sits the liquor bottle down without even touching, all he can remember is what Vincent did earlier, and the talks he would have with Synn and his sister Princess regarding his drinking. Sean looks across the room to see Star smiling after he set the bottle down. Sean: I do get scared, and I know alcohol is not the answer but it seems to take the pain away for that moment. You know, it's funny that I tell everyone I was the one who left Synn but he was the one who left me. He couldn't take my actions, and he felt I was a lost cause. He tried to help as much as he could, but I always pushed him away. Sean missed Synn, but he couldn't let the past haunt him anymore. He rises up from the chair and pulls out a certificate from out the drawer behind him and hands it to Star. Sean: It's my certificate I recieved at Wonderland in Los Angeles. It's a rehab center I attended when I was seventeen years old, it's kind of embarrassing entering a rehab at that age but it was something I needed to do. I thought after going there and leaving, things would get better but it seem to get worst. |

Star: Well, at least it wasn't like Drew Barrymoore. That ho was only fourteen. Just a baby. She looked down at his certificate and smiled. He seemed somewhat proud of it. As he should be. Star: I bet getting that made you feel really good. Almost sounds like me in a way. I had to find the strength to walk away from something that probably would've killed me or someone else in the end. And PDW was the result of me walking away. So you see... Star gave him an even brighter smile. Star: You never know what can come from it. I was like...doign really really well in the last company I worked for. So happy and successful. And when an old partner of mine strolled into my life after disappearing for months things just got even better. I had sucess, my family, and thought I was in love with someone who loved me back just as much. But... She pointed to the bottle of liquor. Star: I was no match for that and drugs. He chose all of it and another woman over me. Pretty much wanted to wipe me from his life all together in any way that he could. Including allowing her to do whatever she wanted to me. Even helping her put me in the hospital. I have a feeling that if that stuff wasn't apart of his life it would've never gone down that way. |

Sean: That's why I feel we have a lot in common. I understand where your coming from, but again I feel this is the only thing that takes the pain away. Sean smiled. Sean: It just seems like so much stuff was crashing down onto my life, and at the time I couldn't handle it. I had to focus on my mothers health, the relationship I had with Synn, struggling with my own sexuality and just dealing with life in general. I know there are people out there who has had it worst then I have, but it just sucks. Sean looks at the certificate. Sean: Checking into another rehab center wouldn't look good for me, and I feel that it won't help. I am the only person that can help get over the problem I have, I just don't know how to yet. |

Star: I'm sure you'll figure it out soon enough. Just give yourself time. Keeping these bottles around couldn't possibly help though. If anything it'll just tempt you. I've never been much of a drinker. I actually act a complete fool when I do it. Star laughed as she remember her night out with Farah. Star: In fact, last time I did I ended up kicked out of a club. |

Sean laughs, in his mind he felt like he was making a new friend. Sean: Is that all? I've been kicked out of a club and carried out of a club. The last time I went, Mercedes had to help me leave because I was so fucked up. Sean smiles as he thinks about that night. Sean: But instead of acting a fool, I get really horny and I'll start kissing whoever is around me. I've learned my lesson though. |

Oooh...she was carried out too. But Star decided to leave that part out. Star: Well, there's plenty of clubs in Philly for you to get kicked out of. Not that I want you to or anything. Wasn't that a coincidence? Alchohol made her sorta horny too. Which is why that night after getting kicked out she ran straight to Jake. At least she had enough sense to do that. Even though she didn't get any... Star: Partying can still be fun without the liquor. |

Sean laughed. Sean: Yes, that is true, but I usually have fun when it comes to dancing, liquor and clubs. Sean paused as he thought for a couple seconds. Sean: So how is Jake? You two are really hitting it off, I guess the sex is good. [Sean laughs] and he must be a really nice person. |

Damn, she should've seen that one coming. Sex with Jake...if he put those thoughts in her head she'd have to go spend some alone time in his bathroom. Star: Yeah, we're definitely hitting it off. She thought about addressing the most "intimate" part of his sentence but decided against it. She wasn't even ready to go there. Not just yet. Star: And he's a great person. Don't know what I'd do without him at this point. Which is still surprising the hell out of me. Pretty funn how stuff just finds a way to creep up on you even when you aren't looking for it. |
