I'm still waiting for someone to make a timeskip smoker though I donno if those sprites are available also I want the logia types to have a logia guard by pressing start or something that lasts until you cancel it or you power runs out all the logia charters I've downloaded never have that feature still looking for one

i agree that would be a good idea but i have a megellain that has that ability when he charges but the bad part is it doesent run out untill the person lets go of the button if you want that character just send me a p.m

I was looking for more of the transparent where you press something like enter and it goes to transparent mode also I have one of those also why are there private charters anyway if I made an awesome charter I'd post it here to brag and let others enjoy it also are there any timeskip smoker sprites and do you think anyone would be up to making one I'm sure this question would go under requests but I don't even know if the mugen pros check that forum out
also I know I'm double posting but these combos I cannot for the life of me get the combos on you charter is hard as hell you think you can make it a little easier also invincibility frames when doing combos all of the 13 charters don't have any invincibility frames when I pull of a super hard combo and I'm like finally then the other guy interrupts my move and I lost all the power for nothing

This Smoker is GREAT!!! Just too good!!

I had a thought to make a logia defence/counter move on all logia fruit chars(Even I have never made any logia fruit char).
Many chars already have some sort of logia/special(Luffy's ballon, Kuma's palm, CP9 Iron, Usopp's impact dial) defence move. You may know all my chars have a dodge(a+b) move. I wish all chars can have something like "D,a+b" to use these logia/fruit/special defence. In my mind this defence doesn't use power, but only last for few second, have to use it on right time.

In coding the hitoverride command, we only overide normal(maybe also special) attacks & projectiles. The chars still can be hit by Hypers and throws.

for some of the combos you have to press down left right and A in the fucking air and then down left down right A + in about 1 second and you can't slip up and you have to move right and left not just press it like with zoro and a bunch of other charters the requirements to pull off a combo are ridicules and most of them even button mashing can't solve btw is there time skip spirtes of smoker if there is why isn't there one ah what ever still I want to see a logia guard I know I'm asking rudely since I can't for the life of me make a proper mugen charter but please someone work on it after the time skip I'm pretty sure not many people care that much about the classic before the time skip chars since after the TS they became 10x more awesome

It really serves as a review to take into account when making chars.I answer briefly. I do not think all the characters have to be a defensive move. Try to be specific for face character and not involved in a series of moves equal to all. In that case we would have only one character with different sprites. I think that's the main flaw of the game "Gigant Battle 2" has not sufficiently defined the difference between each character. Some should be slower, some more offensive, more defensive and other other more agile. If you go over the characters in games like KOF or GGXX, understand the uniqueness of each one does not preclude the excellent perform combos, and is fun to play with each style.

Moreover defense style "lodge" if we did like in the anime, would disadvantage the opponent too. Smoker has enough defensive modes as the opponent to dodge mode contragolpearlo lodge or order. Ace has a dodging movement (run + C). And Crocodile, also has its movement contraatque (B, D, DB + A). I think they do not need to have many movements counterattack because if it is too much advantage.

tee23: honestly think you should see a little more work to do. There are few dedicated hours and I think the quality of work we do is sufficiently recognized by the community as to treat us well. Clearly chars you have come to blows in a very easy and only bother to post something to complain.

Also I will have the answer chivalry. I think what you wrote above answers some things on defense style lodge. Regarding Zoro mobility, rather than the otherwise qualify. Since mobility will not change when you make the remake of Zoro, do not let chars with this mobility. I already did with MR1, Kaku, and I intend to do with Captain Kuro and possibly others.Sometimes you have to apply some creativity to achieve better make combos. It is not hard to pin him. put 300,000 of power is decidedly ridiculous ... with that the character could do 300 super moves followed, or 100 lvl 3 hyper moves.

Life with 1200 defense 120 equals 1440 have life. It's too much and it would be impossible to achieve any character beat Smoker. If you want it in your mugen Smoker is invincible, well. Feel free to edit it. But these values are not applicable considering those handling the rest of the characters.

Finally, I still do not understand why the movements qualify as "hard as hell". Are commands used in any 2D fighting game and millions of players mark with incredible precision. Do not mash the button. Simply dial the command correctly.

it's hard doing <> and C at the same time you also have to move not just press them quick you have to move to if you just pressed them fast well standing then yeah but you have to press , twice and . twice then press C in the span of about a second that's my experience and I was just putting the values there as a tutorial because the harder the move is to execute the more powerful it should be but some are the same amount or don't make a difference I just found out that little tid bit by accident since I have no knowledge of programing a mugen char so I just wanted to share also limiting it to just 3 buttons makes it a little hard to do certain moves sorry I'm just comparing it to other charters I can press start and shargain will active by just pressing one button or shot fire balls with the C button and not having to pull of some <>><><> button kind of move also I only edit the stats and moves first because it's a pain in the ass to work with 3000 power cuz I'm to lazy to build up the meter and adding heath for zoro since the mr.1 fight we see that he's much more resistant and he;'s the second strongest then edit luffys attack higher and heath around the same little lower then zoro's just something I do to make the charters authentic though this can lead to overpowering charters but this games for fun so who cares and some of the hard moves do the some specials amount of damage and I made luffys jet pistol stronger since gear second makes luffy 10x stronger and it was a pain in the ass to edit his jet Gatling anyway summary

some combos a little to hard to pull of and this is more of a personal preference but I want a logia invincibility guard though thats just me other then that good job awesome char try make a time skip smoker too

Oh, I didn't mean all chars shall have a defensive move~ actually, I don't like defensive moves much, because these moves slow the fight. I don't like someone fight like "charge power"- "Defensive counter" -"Hyper". I prefer a more dynamic fight.
I don't want to try make a defensive move for each char, make it only if this char shall have one.
Also, I don't mean all defensive moves are simply counter attack, they shall be different!

I have some ideas:
Luffy ballon, only reflect projectiles, can be hit by melee attacks
Usopp dial, block attack and add a Var to return damage in another move
Kuma Palm, repel enemy back, but no damage to enemy
CP9 iron, pause enemy for a second, but no damage to enemy
Megallan, take damage and fire a poison bubble projectile
Most logia defence shall be teleport (like original OPGB2)

... other chars.... not many left

well luffys haki defensive is really over powered unless the other charter uses some sort of projectile luffy will just bounce the damage back at them I don't mind that because some charters have insane AI and that's the only way to beat them unless your really skilled

also the logia teleporting is kinda bland I mean they just teleport not that spectacular in the anime luffy was jet gating in mariefold smoker and his fists flew right past him and he didn't take any damage I just wanted a state like that so it feels more like a logia just a mode that requiters pressing start

also I've never played OPGB2 nor have I seen footage of it so I can't comment on the teleportation but trying to recreate charters move sets based off other games is a little well boring to me

again these are all personal preferences except the combos seriously when my friends came over and fought against smoker they were wondering how to pull off some of the moves especially the one where he stays in the middle and his hands go in both directions I showed them the move list and they all said "what the hell how do they expect you to pull this off!?" exact words

good smoker but it's like giving up quality for atenutisty since they both have the same name and that smokers not as well made as this one that smoker can only be hit consecutively by luffy which was a nice little touch
