I do not know who is the author of this character, I just download it some where... (what a name so easy to confuse the web, no). here's the original post publication. http://mugengenerations.foroactivo.info/t4032-dracule-mihawk also made an Ace, keeping the same system I did for my chars (now they are posting). As he saw that I liked doing and decided to keep the system of buttons and enhance portraits of the super moves. a greeting
