A question I did not stole anything, people create sprites for use in creating character and not only to see it, I have not read anywhere if you want to create character, ask permission... I create character in order to increase choice in the beta, and also because you promise in the character that you put videos on youtube... I am not at all a thief, a thief who steals is in a bank in a shop, but not those who use the drawings to create characters, you can not close the post if the owner of the sprites have a problem should come and talk to me himself, and not that you close the post, made a tour on other forum and see how many people use the sprites posted on this site to create character... why not go there to say ... "You can not use these sprites because they were posted on my website"... you lead the way just because your site is, and why my character likes... then say what you want but I am just a guy that creates character and I'm not a thief!!! |

Common courtesy. People put in a lot of hard work into creating custom sprites. I don't recall Noise ever allowing his sprites to be used publicly, adding onto this you didn't even credit him. I'm a person who believes you should give credit where credit is due. I mean even after I gave you permission to edit my character as long as you credit me as the original creator you still refuse to give me any sort of credit. This is a case of the straw that broke the camels back.
A theif takes things that are not theirs. You did not create the actual Luffy you edited, I did. And even though I gave you permission it was with the understanding you'd give me proper credit. You did not so technically I should have warned you and deleted the links long ago, but since it was mine I let it slide. You did not create the Gear Third Luffy sprites, Noise did. And like I said above, you couldn't even give him proper credit at the very least. I'll repeat, I'm a person who respects other people's hard work and believe that at the very least giving thanks to them for creating/ripping said work is very hard. And as I am the administator of these forums the rules reflect my beliefs.
When we find cases of people on other forums stealing our work we do attempt to have them removed or properly credited, depending on the situation. Unfortunately because of the sheer mass of the internet patrolling it would be pointless. On the other hand, I have full control of this particular forum and will be sure there is no theft happening here. You are not the only one who has been warned because of this either. The simplest way to fix these problems is just to take the time to give credit to the people whose work you are using. It's really not that hard. And if you have doubt whether or not you can use the custom sprites you want to, just don't use them. |

thanks for the explanations, to give credit to a person have to write "for example, thanks to tyler for sprites of law"??? Since the site has recently been emptied I could not ask for permission to people who have created, then I do not even know of who have created the sprites... do something, you tell me what should I do before you post a character, so as not to have more discussions. |

Yeah, that's perfect. If you do this then there should generally be no problem.
In a case like this, what I would suggest doing is creating a thread in the Sprite section asking who the creator of the sprites are. If you cannot find the creator and the sheet says nothing about not being able to use it then I'd give credit like this "Sprites not created by me, thanks to whoever created them." That way you are making no claim that they are yours and you are at least thanking whoever it was that made them. And of course if the original creator of the sprites steps forward and asks you to remove the character because he doesn't want his sprites used, then be respectful and do so. I know this seems overly strict but as someone who has coded plenty of characters myself and ripped a handful of sheets I know the time and work it takes to do these so I like making sure everyone is properly thanked for their work. |

I want to make you some questions if you do not regret... 1)who commanded in this forum? 2)those involved in creating the beta? 3)Who created the character of the beta? 4)when it comes out the new beta and what's new? 5)kuma bartolomew you like how I created myself? 6)who has set up this forum? 7)how old are you? :) |

I created this forum.
There are a number of people working on the game. I used to have a full list of the members but the thread was deleted. There is a list of the team members on this page though: http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/One_Piece_Grand_line_bout
The characters are coded between Bear+Shark, Megadoomer, UchihaCody, CommanderCool, and myself. If you want a more detailed list of who coded who let me know.
Can't say.
Never personally tried your Kuma.
I created the forum and set up most of it. l2agnarok also has done quite a bit ( the skin, music players, etc. )
