1. No spamming or double posting (except where stated otherwise). One word posts count as spam as well. 2. Do not ask to become a moderator or administrator. 3. Do not revive old threads. They are old once it is 4 weeks old. (If it is your own thread, you are exempted from this rule) 4. No flaming, excessive use of profanity, or belittling another member. 5. You cannot have more than one account. 6. No messages that are vulgar/unsuitable for members under the age of 13, pornography, hentai, or any other form of pictorial nudity. 7. No character request/trading. If you are caught, you will be banned. 8. No posting or discussing links to warez or roms/cracks. Discussion of emulators is fine. Same with Manga/Anime. 9. No theft of anything whether it be mugen or gfx related. 10. No talking about hacking other sites. 11. No advertising. 12. Do not post links to Newgrounds or YTMND without the approval of an administrator or moderator. |
