If you're traveling down prince phillip drive, turn off at Old Penneywell rd, keep driving (old penneywell turns into empire then) and it's on the right. If you got past the turn off for Ropewalk, you've gone too far! |

I wrote in the bump before I saw this thread! Took 2 hours all together... which I thought was good (dh was 1.5 hours yesterday). however, by the time we got out the line up was wrapped right around the building! They are pretty well organized and besides the wait time things went rather smoothly. I would estimate it's now a 3-4 hour wait with the present lines @ cordage :( |

Paradise is giving out numbers and telling you when to come back. We waited 35 minutes in line and we have to go back at 1 for her shot. So much more organized today!! |

I lined up at Paradise this morning too. I was close to 1.5 hours in the line, got #151 and had to be back by 10:30. They are moving pretty quickly once inside though. By the time I got there, parked and settled inside it was about 10:50 and by 11:30 I was moved inside. They went through about 70 numbers in that length of time. I am glad its done now though. Got DS his too, even though he is 6. I took his inhalers with me and there was no problem. I didn't get it though...of course they weren't doing the moms today, which is fine. I just wanted the kiddies taken care of. |

we went back at 1 30 and they said another couple of hours - we went to the playground and waited in the car then inside - it was 5 30 before we got out!! So, that was 6 hours from getting the number! Thank God it's done - what a way to spend a Sat!! One of the ladies said they were there til midnight last night because they didn't turn away anyone that was in the building at 8 |

Vaccination Clinics Continue Vaccination clinics continue across the province today but the question is how long will they last? Citing a low availability of the H1N1 vaccine government has restricted all clinics to children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years, people with chronic health conditions between the ages of 5 and 24 years and pregnant women in the second half of their pregnancies. In Eastern Newfoundland, clinics will be open today at the following locations between 10am and 8pm: in St John's at the Cortage Place Community Health Clinic and MacDonald Drive Junior High; the Rotary Youth and Community Centre in Paradise; the Reid Centre in Mount Pearl; the Newhook Building in Whitbourne; the Taylor Building in Harbour Grace; the Dawe Building in Bay Robert's; in Burin at the Dodge Building; the Placentia Health Care Community Centre; Discovery Collegiate in Bonavista and Laskey Place in Clarenville. |

Oh, and don't bother printing off the consent form at home and filling it out before you get there. Apparently they will not accept it because it has to be on yellow paper. I kid you not. |
