After two high-profile toy recalls this summer, the company plans to announce a recall of another Fisher-Price toy and accessories to a Barbie playset.

What i'm wondering is if a big company like Mattel can't keep track of the materials being used to make their products what the heck are the chances that the dollar store toys meet safety standards??? Makes me wonder....
