Can't Stay Away
They open at 8am EST I called at 9:30 this morning so that would have been right when the opened. I was on hold 30 mins before I got to speak to anybody. Katherine they asked me the same questions but they didn't want a color code.

So what is their solution. Are they replacing the car seats or sending a repair kit?

A repair kit.

I tried calling earlier and got tired of waiting. I'll try again first thing in the morning as that sounds like the better option.

I wonder what the repair kit involves... I tried to look it up... didnt find anything. Probably just some sort of extra lock... like a back up... would be my guess. At least for our seat that would be my guess.

I got the impression that it was a new strap, but I guess I'll find out for sure in 7-10 days!

Think you may be right Katherine... just read this

Company Action:
Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc. and Dorel Distribution Canada have completed an intensive research program to develop an engineering solution. Part of this effort involves a change of supplier for the centre front adjuster. The new centre front adjuster does not allow for harness slippage. The fix offered by the company is a knit adjuster strap, instead of a woven strap, which will eliminate any slippage.

Sounds like existing seats are getting a new strape... and new seats will be fitted with a new adjustor.
