I bought one when I was in Edmonton this summer. Love it. Much better than the Gerber ones I bought in Maryland in 2005 :)

I didn't realize that there was a place to get them in NL either! Cool!

I bought the Gerber version a few weeks ago. It is not a good thing for right now with my 1 year old son! Maybe when he is older and understands the concept of Not TRYING to spill the cheerios! Instad he considered it a challenge and sat with it until he figured out that if he pulled back the little flaps and THEN turn it over the cheerios would all fall out - I have put it away for a few months.... B)

That doesn't happen with the Snack Trap. I have both and the gerber one's don't even come close to the original Snack Trap. The gerber ones are a very poor copy IMO. (no offence to those who love their gerber ones!)

The Snack Trap is absolutely great! I bought one for Liam for Christmas at Coo Chi Coo on Topsail Road. At first he didn't like the feel of putting his hands down through the little flaps to get his snack, but it didn't take him long to get used to it.

I bought the snack trap tonight a coo chi coo. A friend of mine had them, and Sydney seemed to like to use them while we were at their house so I went on a search for them ... not realizing there was a post about it here :duh:
Sydney is famous for throwing her food around so this works well for her hopefully it will get her use to using bowls. Cause now she thinks they are toy
