My daughter has had two pairs of Pedoodles, and I really like them. I have only bought the style with the rubber sole, though - not the ones that look more like Robeez. They are wonderfully flexible, and my daughter has mastered how to operate the velcro closures!

I usually buy from an online shop called Tiny Bird Organics as they have free shipping to Canada ...

Oh I didn't know they had free shipping to Canada, thanks :) . I believe that's where I found the knitting pattern for longies. I really like that site!

Boo. That is sad. I can appreciate that it must not be easy to run a business and be the kind of parent you want to be at the same time, though!

... and wouldn't you know it - M needs new shoes!

Tiny Bird Organics is open again, and still is offering free shipping for Pedoodles shoes for most of their walking-appropriate styles ...

And Tiny Bird Organics is closed again until March 12th! That was quick!

Anyway, I'm back in this shoe thread because I was at Coo Chi Coo on Topsail Road the other day, and they're carrying both Pedipeds and See Kai Run footwear! Both have really flexible soles. And though I was tempted, I didn't buy a single pair for M :)

Do thye still have free shipping to Canada though? I was looking at organic tees and bamboo pads the other day and shipping for international was $14.95!
I hope they open soon. I saw thier name mentioned in a celebrity blog about cloth diapers the other day. They could be doing a lot of business but I totally understand how they be overwhelmed!

I haven't seen the See Kai Run shoes before - there are some cute sandles for boys - do you remember what the prices were at Coo Chi Coo?

snowflake, the free shipping was only ever on the Pedoodles shoes, if I recall correctly! I also love a lot of the organic clothes, but I've been good :) about resisting actually ordering!

Sal, the SKRs were marked $44.99 when I was there ... I don't know how Stride Rites are prices, but these could be the priciest one out there for toddlers!

Stride rites are about the same price. Dylans boots were like $49... you can get some of the sneaker styles a little cheaper sometimes.
