1. Mission clauses or wish to edit them?

Legalese, even the simple stuff is not something I am very clear on, but the mission clauses seem fine to me.
That said, I would support a simpler mission phrase - something like:
*Encourage tourism between our two regions by highlighting the many diverse and fascinating nations our regions are home to.
*Open channels of communication between our two regions about the varied attractions and idiosyncrasies of the nations that reside there.
*Invite nations to submit, on a monthly (or bi-montly) basis information to a tourism magazine about past or up coming national events, to encourage tourism between the two regions.
*Highlight a nation for each publication.

2. Membership requirements (approve, edit, remove)

I would like to simplify this one.
*Membership of the IRTA will require nation applicants to choose one of the categories below to submit with their nations basic information.

3. How shall we introduce this project to nations in Wysteria & Canada?

Opening discussion in a thread like this one is an excellent start.
Produce a mock magazine to show what the newslatter will be like?

4. How often should we publish the Tourism Magazine and what should be included inside?

Bi-monthly?
I am open to debate
Snippets about nations submitted by the nations themselves, or other interested parties.
Destination advertisements, national highlights etc

5. Other issues & points you wish to bring up?

I would like to see how much Canadians would like to get on board with this, let us know below if you are interested.

I'm afraid I don't see much benefit here, and a lot of unnecessary red tape.

Could we just have a guest-readable page in each region (with links to the other regions), where nations may publish anything related to tourism in their country?
