Obama has won the Nobel peace prize.

Not completely sure he was the best choice, though he was perhaps the most popular choice. I think Morgan Tsvangarai (Prime Minister of Zimbabwe) was more deserving, through democracy alone he tamed Mugabe (although to what extent is debateable).

Ah well, well done Obama.

Congrats, Obama! I was kind of surprised that he got it, though.

Fun is the only noise you should hear
Considering he was nominated as he was taking office (the cut-off being Feb.) I think this is really undeserved. Which at least, he admits to!

What has he accomplished towards peace?

He's done quite a lot for peace simply by not being George Bush.

Interesting that the actual voting for this took place in February. He had been in office for 11 days. I guess he got it based on his campaign but I think its totally appropriate that he be in the group that includes people like Carter and Gore.

I bet Bill Clinton is really pissed off after raising over a billion for the poor. He is never going to get that semen stain out of that dress.

You! Yes...YOU....
Oh, you just HAD to have an Obama thread. The fuse is lit and can never be stopped.

Nobel Prize? Well. Clearly they're handing them out in every box of Lucky Charms.

Look at the scumbags who got it in the past: Yassar Arafat, murder of thousands. Nelson Mandella, terrorist and virulent racist.
And now Obama, surrender-monkey and Marxist dupe who is so damn busy giving military secrets to China and Iran he doesn't have time to actually DO anything at home except talk about his own massive, black-hole sized ego. Seriously, this guy is more dangerous than the LHC and 2012 put together, multiplied by a thousand!!

Get RID of this vermin by whatever means required and work on cloning Ronald Reagan, so we can return to the wonderful Golden Age that was the Reagan-Thatcher years. (Though not so much Mulroney...damn him and his GST!! )

Phew. There. And I kept it SHORT! Get me started on this stuff and I can go on forever..
