I only post this because Norway topped the list (again) this year after absense of 2 years.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_Develop...dex#2009_report Canada is 4th I was thinking for the RP section we could make our own Canadian Development Index. Other regions have done this, so could we. BUt we should have to make it a universal system so that people cant just make up their own ranks. |

I have seen this kind of thing on NSwiki for other regions but they all seem a bit biassed or corrupted in how they take measurements, i.e. the regional elites all take top of the list whereas newbies to the region always rank low. It would be difficult to devise a system that took measurements of "development" unbiassedly and equally across the board.
More importantly, Australia is 2nd!
