I thought in English when a word ended in 'y' the plural became 'ies', unless there was an 'e' before the 'y'.

So how come you can have QWERTYS? Also I didn't think you could pluralise adjectives in English?

The big house.
The bigs houses...?

  This language still confuses me after 15/16 years of speaking it :P

Ess, in the example you've given, the plural "s" word was created only because another word was being put down, I think that's allowed in my version as well. When I said that plurals ending in "S" aren't allowed, I was referring to stuff like this:

Player 1 puts down "GOAT"
Player 2 has an "S" and puts it on the end to make "GOATS" and gets the full point score for "GOATS".

Ah!

You should have made yourself clearer! *hmph*
