Actually all three are excellent listening.

Not music as such, but I'm listening to the wind rush through rigid, leafless trees, and score at the corner of my house. All whilst I sit in a cosy corner, Christmas jumper on, tea in hand. ^_^ :tea:

I quite like this rather controlled, but nonetheless jazzy version of Blue Christmas that Michael Bublé put together:

So excited!

Finally, I have recordings of Street Requiem to share.
This work was written for people that die on the streets (so often nameless) around our world.

Mattie's voice is in these recordings too ;)

Posted the funnerest movement for you, the 'Gloria', this movement written by the beautiful Kathleen McGuire.
....but all the links should be visible to the other movements.
If you are interested but the links don't appear to be there let me know and I will see if I can fix for you.

Street Requiem, Pt. 8 (Gloria) (Anthem of Empowerment)

Sorry about the advertisements one has to endure before each of the movements.

Some songs our choir will be singing come Sat (along with Street Requiem of course)

Not so keen on the version, but I love the movie that goes with this:
Wild Mountainside

Close to our version - but we have man voices too - singing falsetto, clever fellas:
Vega Choir - Fix You

We do a slow sadder version of the below:
We Will

Close to our version :)
Happy Together

Gordon Lightfoot - The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald

Interesting lyrics.
More than machinery, we need humanity. More than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost.

Thanks Shay, had these on in the background - soothed my headache while I built displays for my clients at home today.

After that it moved onto classical guitar playing like this:
