Hey guys. I'm trying to do a new character on another clan but the only clan I ever played was Hyuuga. I thought on being a Uchiha but I think theres just too many Uchiha players and it would be boring to be another 1. I love Hoshigaki clan but I don't know any of it jutsus. And I would like being a Shiroi but also don't know any of it jutsus. Is there any guide that I can see their jutsus or can someone help me out?

Hoshigaki don't really have their own jutsu, they are a "passive" clan meaning they get their benefit through having unique passives that increase a certain ability or encourages a particular way to play w/ them.

Those aren't exclusive to Hoshigaki, anyone who has the water element can learn those. Hoshigaki generally get a boost in their water jutsu anyway.

Shiroi start with Wind and Water elements, you train those knowledge's to increase the strength of your Ice Mirrors and I hear they have a secret technique or two. They are fairly good when played w/ a high capacity or control build.

Some people even make them w/ phys builds and it can work out. They can really be anything you want them to, just don't go overboard on the distribution because you need chakra and control to effectively be using any clan jutsu/elemental jutsu.

Wow. So you already starts with 2 elements??? I wonder why I don't see any Shiroi... So I'll go with Shiroi. I was also thinking if it had that move that Haku uses against Sasuke and Naruto. I wanted so bad to be a Water element ninja. And I don't care for Fuuton being second element. I think it matches Suiton perfectly. My friend used some Suiton being a Hoshigaki moves then was like: Sooo cool!!! So thats why I was thinking: Hoshigaki or Shiroi. Thanks for helping dude!!!

Shiroi get a few jutsu in addition to the shiroi walls Haku used against Sasuke/Naruto.

Quick question: Which is better Suiton/Fuuton or Suiton/Raiton? Also for this guy I would say that those combos are nice, but if you want to be a cap build you need genius. Shirois have 2 elements, fuuton being very expensive. Although powerful would be a nice complement.

You don't need genius for two elements, you get a LOT of EPs between ranks and age. If your village can win wars you can get more that way. You can buy two SPs from the NC shop and convert them in to EPs.
Kumojin, Katsu Says: like a ur illiterate

(LeaderSay)-Uchiha, Zigo: I've blowned myself plenty of times

(Vsay)(Genin) - Komomura, Kenji: Inaba IS MY FATHER

Village Announcement:

(Vsay)(Genin) - Uchiha, Kyo: Inaba has awesome stuff inside his pants.

(Vsay)(Genin) - Kumojin, Redhot: Talk englush

Volken it should be in the upper left side of Rain. As far as I know there are two npc's that you learn your clan techs from.

Zeebo I'd say Fuution/Suiton is better than Raiton/Suiton on account of having wind jutsu with the tornado passive practically holds people in place to follow up with whatever.

I would say Raiton/Suiton is better if they stacked together, like if you hit someone with a water jutsu they'd have a "drenched" status effect which makes lighting hit harder/stun longer. Also the interaction between lighting jutsu and player made water tiles is lacking severely to me.
